Thanks Kennerdy!
Shall make this post a summary as I'm really lazy to type.
Kennerdy gave me this apology gift & card which make me really forgive him.
Alright the whole thing is quite simple. He simply shouted at my on the phone, thats all.
People who understand me well should actually know that I hate people to shout at me.
& the gift as well as the card is what he did for me. I laughed as well as feeling touched when I was reading the card.
